1Do you need a passport or visa?
No, you do not need a passport or visa as we will not be crossing borders to America.
2Can we change our TOUR DATE or Pick up Hotel/Address or Options ONCE WE HAVE BOOKED?
Yes you can, please email or call us of any changes you want and we will gladly do the changes for you. Please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours.
3Why our prices are slightly higher?
Because boat fares are included, our prices are slightly higher. This is for your convenience. You do not have to stand in queues to buy boat tickets. Since we pick you up from the hotel lobby, we actually save you money you spend on a taxi to reach the pick-up point. Also, we stop at more places than most tour operators do and we show you more sites and locations. In short, with us you will have a wholesome tour of Niagara Falls and other attractions surrounding it.

1When does the tour run?
Our tours run every days, 365 days even on Holidays
2Where does your tour depart from?
We pick up from all Toronto Downtown Hotels or Airport Hotels. We also pick up from hotels near QEW Highway - Mississauga, Burlington & Oakville (only the hotels in the south of these cities). If you are not staying at a hotel, we can pick you up from Shopper Drug Mart - 465 Yonge Street (Yonge & College Intersection) or Starbucks – 300 front street west next to CN tower.
3How long are the tours?
All our tours are 9 hours, leaving Toronto at 9 am and returning to Toronto downtown and Pearson Airport by 6:30 pm. Time may vary based on Traffic and construction.
4What is your average group size per bus?
Usually we have on average 15-24 people but on some busy days this number can go as high as 30.
5Does the tour operate in Bad weather?
Yes it does even on raining or snowing days.

Transportation 

1What kind of vehicle are used for daily tours?
We usually use the coach bus to ensure everyone is comfortable, everyone has their own caption seats with footrest and plenty of legroom. We sometimes use small mini buses if there are under 15 passengers with captain seats, and leg room, our fleet is designed with keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
2Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we do have coaches with wheelchair accessible, please let us know when you are making your booking or by calling us at +1-647-778-2660

Yes.
2Are there any ATMs for money exchange or withdrawal systems in Niagara falls?
Yes there are, please tell your tour guide and they will find you the nearest one.
3When and How can I pay?
You can pay in advance online via secure PayPal or credit card when making the booking.
